When you stay here, you’ll have access to all of those things that make this place special: views of ancient rock formations, deep underground tunnels, and miles upon miles of time spent away from cell service (so you can really unplug).

The best part? You don’t even have to leave your room! The suite includes a microwave oven as well as dishes for two adults and two children up to 10 years old.

The restaurant is a short walk from your suite. It’s located just outside the Caverns and has a spectacular view of the Grand Canyon. The building is made out of native rock and you can see it from far away. It’s also a great place for lunch or dinner, especially if you want something more than what’s provided at the suite.

Take a guided tour to the subterranean depths of Grand Canyon Caverns. Tours are available for both individuals and groups and can be reserved online or by calling 1-800-843-6945. Tours are not wheelchair accessible, but wheelchairs may be rented at the entrance of the caverns. Pregnant women should not take these tours, nor should children under 6 years old.

In addition to booking information, I’ve included some tips and tricks for what to expect when staying 200 feet below ground:

• When arriving at the cave entrance: please wear sturdy shoes as well as long pants or jeans. Also, bring a sweater or jacket depending on how cold it is outside during your visit. It can get chilly down there!
• The rooms are relatively small but cozy; each one has its own bathroom with facilities for showering and washing up after exploring the caverns above ground. They also have TVs with DVD players so please consider bringing some DVDs if you’d like something new to watch during your stay here. There’s no Wi-Fi available at this time but if that’s important for any reason then perhaps consider bringing along an old radio so that way everyone can enjoy some music together while they relax inside their suites?
• Breakfast is served daily from 7 am until 8 am sharp​–so make sure not to miss out on getting up early enough before heading out into town where there might be things worth seeing nearby like historical landmarks or monuments built by local families who lived nearly two centuries ago when settlers first came here looking for land where they could build their dreams into reality!
