At One Stop Nutrition, your health and wellness have always been at the heart of our journey. We’d like to share our story with you and express our heartfelt gratitude for being part of it.

Our journey began in 1996 at an indoor swap mart, where we operated from a humble 100-square-foot booth. Without a cash register, we relied on a simple tin box and handwritten notes to keep track of our inventory. Despite our modest beginnings, we were driven by passion, dedication, and a vision to bring quality nutrition products closer to you.

Today, that small nutritional booth has grown into a thriving health and wellness destination. You can now find a wide selection of premium supplements and services, including vitamins, protein powders, sports nutrition supplements, freshly made healthy smoothies, and energy drinks—all in one place.

In 2004, we took another important step by expanding through franchising. Rather than growing too quickly, we chose a steady and thoughtful approach, focusing on supporting our franchisees and strengthening our brand. We also established our own product line and distribution company to help ensure consistent product availability, protect our stores from competition, and maintain the quality and reliability you expect from us.

Our decision to franchise was inspired by you—our customers—who often asked about additional locations and franchise opportunities. We were also encouraged by our dedicated employees who dreamed of owning their own stores. These shared ambitions motivated us to create more opportunities for growth while making One Stop Nutrition more accessible to communities like yours.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our franchisees, loyal customers, families, friends, and dedicated team of construction professionals, attorneys, and accountants. Along the way, we’ve shared countless memorable moments, celebrated joyful milestones, laughed together, worked through long days, and overcome challenges that helped shape who we are today.

As One Stop Nutrition continues to grow and evolve, our commitment to you remains the same: to continually improve, provide quality products and services, and help you and your loved ones pursue a healthier lifestyle.

Thank you for trusting us, supporting our journey, and making One Stop Nutrition your one-stop destination for all your health and wellness needs. We look forward to being part of your wellness journey for many years to come.
