Ciao Grazie Pizzeria & Wine Bar draws inspiration from owner Franco Dalu’s Italian heritage and extensive experience as a chef at the Ritz Carlton in Edinburgh, Scotland, and the Grand Hotel Eden in Lugano, Switzerland. Known for its authentic wood-fired Italian pizzas and calzones, Ciao Grazie’s menu is crafted with hand-tossed, made-from-scratch pizza dough and house-made mozzarella. The restaurant also offers an array of fresh dishes, including wood-fired salmon, chicken or eggplant parmesan, beef kabobs, salads, paninis, homemade tiramisu, and more.
