It’s all about timing, and the timing is now for Arizona!

 Arizona is on the move!! Every indicator is pointing to record travelers returning this summer and throughout this fall. All eyes are already on Phoenix for 2023 because the city will be hosting Super Bowl LVII which will be played at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.

It’s happening. And it is happening faster than anyone expected. Sky Harbor International Airport has already reached pre-pandemic passenger levels, as increasing travelers make Arizona their top travel destination. For Arizona’s tourism industry, the big question has always been “when will the international markets” return? … And now they are, with the TOP TRAVEL DESTINATIONS remaining in Greater Phoenix and Northern, Arizona.

 In 2019, 6.1 million foreign visitors made Arizona their travel destination, before plummeting during COVID, but we are now experiencing the long-awaited resurgence that by all estimates could easily set new records in 2022 and 2023.

 As COVID restrictions loosen up around the globe, and with international consumers clamoring to get out and travel … to meet this increasing demand, international airlines are adding multiple weekly flights to Phoenix, Arizona.

 Canada is wide open with Air Canada and WestJet already flying from multiple Canadian cities to Phoenix. British Airways has weekly flights to and from Phoenix, along with Air France, KLM, and Lufthansa. American Airlines has resumed weekly direct flights to, and from, the UK. Next month, Condor Airlines will restart flights between Frankfurt and Pheonix, and Flair Airlines, a low-cost carrier out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada plans to make Tucson, AZ its winter base in 2023.
